Description 

Dear Indico team,

I have setup a small meeting where I have setup the participants module like this:
 - Users may apply to participate in this even
 - Participation requests are auto-approved
If a meeting is setup this way, there is an "apply here" link that appears in the meeting's public page.
My request is that there is an additional line that allows the event managers to receive emails every time a participants adds himself, if desired :)
This way the manager does not have to visit the meeting page once in a while to see the participants who already added themselves.
