Webcast/recording request: Warning after event date modification

Description 

Dear Indico team,

This is a request for a feature improvement: when the date and time of an event which has a recording/webcast request attached is modified, would it be possible that the recording and webcast managers receive a warning email please?

[FIX] Some extra fixes over the last patch

  • Events were not being properly called when using "modify" button;
  • Profited from the occasion to move all the basic room/location methods to a common base class;
  • Unfortunately, event notifications could not be properly unified, mostly due to CustomRoom/CustomLocation? objects;
