Description

In cases such as:

​http://indico.cern.ch/conferenceTimeTable.py/customizePdf?confId=61310&showDays=all&showSessions=all

If we tick the checkbox "Print the affiliation of the speakers/conveners", only the affiliation of the conveners is printed.
