Timetable, move contribution dialog: show slot names

Description
When moving a contribution, a list of destinations is offered: the top level timetable, or one of the slots.
Slots only appear with the name of the session they belong to; the subtitle is not shown (although the titles are shown).
We should show the subtitles (truncated) so that slots are easier to distinguish.
