Layout problem in cdsagenda style layout for meetings

[FIXED] cdsagenda, speakers in 2 columns

• Using the cdsagenda view for the meetings, the names of the speakers were divided in two different columns, now they appear just in one.
• fixes #29

[FIXED] Speakers in 2 columns

• The speakers in cdsagenda appeared in 2 columns instead of in 1 aligned to the right. This was solved, but cdsagenda_inline_minutes and cdsagenda_olist stayed unchanged until now, that they both align all the speakers to the right. -fixes #29
