problem moving data.fs from indico 0.96.2 to indico 1.1.2

Description
I have old server running indico 0.96.2. I install new server with indico 1.1.2.
I tried to move the file data.fs from old server to the new one with no success.
After moving the file to the new server I got the window with the error:
"Your request could not be complited..." with "Send Error Report" botton.
Someone suggest to install 0.96.2, then 0.97 and only then 1.1.2.
How I need to comtinue?

Can we please follow this up on the mailing list as before? This is intended as a bug tracker for software issues.
As for your problem, it would help to have the actual error (from indico.log).
