Abstracts menu: improve labels

Description
Users who have submitted abstracts to a conference see a menu "View my abstracts". Until the deadline, these abstracts can be modified.
The proposal is to change the text to "Modify my abstracts" until it really becomes impossible to change them (usually when the deadline for submissions expires), but there are two exceptions that need to be taken into account
- User is allowed to submit beyond deadline.
- Modification is allowed n days beyond deadline for everybody.
