Let users specify a new start time when cloning events

Description
Would it be possible to add an option to start a meeting at a different time when cloning an existing meeting? I think this would be convenient, currently a user have to change the meeting time after the cloning step using the management page.
Especially when creating multiple clones it's much less work than changing the start time of each clone.
