Right now, in order to change anything (specially):
1) click the name and open in new tab/window,
2) click modify,
3) change the flag,
4) click save.
That is one tab per participant and 4 clicks in that tab in different places. This would be much easier if using js/AJAX and a drop down in each cell (one click).
