Provide "human" booking periods

Description
First of all, why limit the number of weeks to 3? Why not let users choose "week" as the interval and "3" as the period. OK, there could be an upper limit...
Monthly bookings are currently basically useless, because we are only taking the day of the week of the first occurrence and trying to replicate in the month after (i.e. 5th Thursday of the month). And of course not all months have 5 Thursdays...
We should provide more "humane" options: "last thursday of the month", "every first sunday", etc... in addition to what we have.
