Standardize representation of blockings in different room calendars

Description
Currently, the new way to display room blockings is by a gray bar as it can be seen in the second step of "Book a room".
However, other calendars don't represent blockings in the same way or don't represent them at all. We have to make sure that all of them behave in the same way.
The problematic ones are in:
- Calendar
- Room details
