Description
There are some old ugly interfaces that we can change in a couple of seconds:
- when the abstract submission is not open yet (see attachment).
- when you try to access the registration form but it has been disabled
We did already new interfaces for similar cases for "When the abstract submission is already closed", check it and try to be a bit standard.
