Conference Site Crashed after using a URL in conference header

Description
We are about to go live with our submission system for a conference next May. I entered a URL http://free.timeanddate.com/countdown/i3c66px9/n127/cf12/cm0/cu4/ct0/cs0/ca0/co1/cr0/ss0/cac000/cpc000/pct/tc833891/fs100/szw256/szh108/tatScrum%20Gathering%20Las%20Vegas%20happens%20in/tac000/tptTime%20since%20Event%20started%20in/tpc000/iso2013-05-06T09:00:00 in the blank for conference header and it rendered the entire conference site inaccessible. This is extremely critical for us to fix so that we can begin accepting session proposals tomorrow. PLEASE HELP!!!
