Do not allow to modify a Cancelled Booking

Description
If one cancels a booking, it is still possible to modify it, which makes no sense. Let's remove the modify button in such a case. Of course admins can do everything, this is for regular users.
BTW, beware that modify shouldn't work if you access the URL directly (so, it is not only about hiding the button).
