Allow some profile fields to be "locked"

Description
Some people (such as me) have terribly long names, and would like to use a shorter form in Indico. Since some authentication plugins (like the one we currently use at CERN) are synchronizing information without asking, the information keeps being updated each time one logs in.
What about adding a "Keep in sync" checkbox to each field, and grey the field out when the box is ticked?

After discussion in the Indico meeting, the conclusion is that there should be a "synchronize" button (active by default) that allows people to enable/disable synchronization for each attribute. This button should be next to the (edit) button, and (edit) itself should be disabled when the synchronization is on.
