Warn user whenever the selected timezone differs from the timezone of the event

Description
In event display mode, it may happen that the user has selected a timezone that is different from that which the event is in. In that case, some kind of warning should be added (maybe an overlay, in the corner of the page, something like "do you want to switch to the local timezone"?).
