Impossible to modify the epayment URL

Description

If one wants to use skipjack and modify the URL, this is not happening.
For instance:

​http://indicodev.cern.ch/confModifEpayment.py/modifModule?requestTag=modifSkipjack&EPaymentName=skipjack&confId=59093

If you try to register, and click "proceed to pay with skipjack" you will see that it is not working.
