Apply usability improvements to abstract reviewing

Description
Apply the improvements decided in the first usability review for the abstract reviewing:
- Change name Reviewing by Paper Reviewing in the menu
- Create tab "Reviewing" in Call for Abstracts
- Include tab "Team" in abstract reviewing
- Change the positions of the buttons in notification templates page
- Change the place of "Late submittion" in Call for abstract setup
- Get rid of "Abstract Reviewing" tab in Reviewing section
