Description
To implement (internally) new type of material, only for reviewing. To remove "Choose types of materials to be revised" in Management. To redesign Contribution Display.

- Type changed from defect to task
- code optimization: to create new template to display only the reviewing materials
- to remove the boxes (which are not used any more) for choosing reviewable materials and non reviewable materials from Setup
- to link the Reviewing State to the new type
- to create the functionality for the type when an author submits a reviewing material for Reviewing
