Preserve all registration form settings when cloning event

Description 

I usually remove fields such as "title", "address" etc from teh list of inputs.
Furthermore, I add a couple of items, like "do you need a cern access card" and
"are you following in person of via evo".
I would like these settings to be preserved when I clone an agenda.

Sort order of those settings is not preserved; additionally enabled/disabled/mandatory flags of default fields is lost when cloning.
