Add text after installation to encourage registration

Description
After installing Indico we should add a text to encourage other Indico admins to send an email to us with the URL to their Indico, version number, contact email and name of admin, etc. So we can keep track of all Indico installations and we can warn them if there are important security patches.

as well we could provide an automatic way so right after a new fresh installation, an admin can choose to be registered in a database (ours) to keep track of all the installations and get warnings about patches, versions, etc.
