BaseURL needs a closing slash?

Hello,

A minor problem with BaseURL: With the following BaseURL

BaseURL = "​http://www.lsw.uni-heidelberg.de/indico"

while most links work, I get problems with some links.

The footer in meetings looks like this:

​http://www.lsw.uni-heidelberg.de/indicoevent/15

I.e., the slash after indico is missing. Adding a slash in the BaseURL helps, but then I get double slashes in other links, which is only a cosmetric problem, however.

In 0.98.2 series works correctly.
