Description 

 An automatic mail to the person who has booked the room (again since we are now going to use the email of the person requesting this mail will go to him/her directly) asking

REMINDER : You have booked meeting room 40-XX-XXX for tomorrow from 14h to 18h


IF YOU NO LONGER NEED THIS ROOM PLEASE CANCEL IMMEDIATELY  (and here we could either have a link taking to the booking in indico or a mail window opening up to the person in the secretariat linked to this booking).

Followup discussions with ATLAS show that this mail should preferably be sent 48 or 72 h before the event. (C. Potter, Philippe Bloch)
