Download material, reformat name

Hello,

it is very difficult to ask contributors to an agenda to follow  
naming conventions. The contributions have to be downloaded to see  
them, and one is then confronted with a list of files named in a way,  
that  makes it difficult to associate them to the contributor.

Proposal:
Would it be possible to automatically prepend the file name with the  
family name of the contributor . In case the same name happens  
several times, one could append (in addition) a counter. The first  
contribution could be without the counter (or "0") and next  
contributions would be

  Familyname_1_filename
etc

I have taken the habit to rename the downloaded files by hand by  
prepending the family name to be able to distinguish the files.

I have also considered other ways to distinguish the files, like  
prepending the time of presentation; but this may change in the  
course of the meeting, if other presentations are inserted.

We have reorganized the downloaded material by folders (sorted by time and using folders for sessions, contribs and subcontribs). Is this enough?
