Description 

Dear All,

 

Anna suggested an interesting feature which may help handle booked but unused rooms: the person for whom the booking is done should receive an email 1 or 2 days before the event as a reminder of the booking and this email should contain a link which will allow the person to cancel the booking easily.

 

I believe there is something along these lines already in our task list, but if this is not the case could you please file this RFI?
