PDF abstract book - extra options

Add some extra options to the PDF abstract book generation such as this:

In our case some people have stated their title when submitting a
paper while others didn't. As a consequence we end up with a 
"mixture" in the book of abstracts which looks a bit strange, 
especially as the same people who did not state their title 
afterwards registered as a participant with their title. Therefore,
we wanted to ask if there is a way to influence the formatting or 
data fields in the book of abstract so that we can skip titles their 
altogether for example?
