Collaboration booking display: gray out "Join Now!" instead of hiding

Description

When it's not possible to join a meeting, we should show the "Join Now!" link grayed out instead of hiding it. Hovering the mouse over the link should show an explanation of why the link is grayed out.

Example: a scheduled EVO meeting is displayed in an event's display page. We should show a grayed out "Join Now!" link and when the user hovers the mouse over it, it should say something like "This meeting starts at XXXX so you cannot join it yet".
