Focus on specific fields

I have a small suggestion concerning the usage of the keyboard the  
"add existing presenter menu".

When you get to the menu, it would be nice to have the cursor directly  
put into the "family name" box, so that one can start typing right  
away. Btw, same for the "add contribution" menu : it would be nice to  
have the cursor in the "title" box right away.

Then when typing return after the name, one or several names appear.  
In case one name only appears, it would be nice to be able to click  
return to add this presenter.

[FIX] Focus on specific fields

• in add contribution and search user dialog focus at the top textfield is set after creation of the popup
• in search user dialog pressing enter, while there is only one person found, aceepts this person
• fix#361
