From 'export to pdf' page, indico fails to choose another layout.

Description 

Select meeting  http://indicobeta.cern.ch/conferenceDisplay.py?confId=84639
Then MORE ->Export to PDF
There's no way back from here, so try 
MORE->Layout to see if that does it. 
Select "Atlas Meeting" to get the error.

[FIX] Go back to display page when exporting pdf


  • fixes #207
  • Added a 'cancel' button to the form for exporting pdf's, letting you go back to the display page
  • When changing the layout in the 'More' menu when navigating through this form brings you to the display page with the newly selected layout being active
  • If exporting and then cancelling, the layout stays the same and is not set to the default layout anymore
  • When exporting a pdf, the layout of the current page isn't changed for the default layout ('static') anymore
