Description

Some users complain that receiving every week a reminder for a one-year booking that they've done is a bit too much.
That said, it's still important to remind people that a room is taken and that they should free it if they don't need it.
This is why it could be a good idea to reduce the frequency of notification e-mails and send them in batches (e.g. "your bookings for next month").
