Vidyo room creation: mismatch between validation check and error message

Description
If you try to create a Vidyo room whose name starts with numbers the validation check will fail. However, the error message in the tooltip states that is a valid name.
We should check which one of the behaviors is correct and fix either the error message or the validation check.
