Ability to manage reoccurring events

It would be very useful to have some method of managing reoccurring events as a group. In my institution we have weekly and biweekly meetings which require scheduling via indico for the timetable and video services. Our current method of managing this is to create a seed event then clone it up to a year in the future to ensure there is always an event in place to handle future meetings to prevent the need for manual intervention each week.

This has caused problematic when changes need to be enacted over the whole series of meetings, for example we recently had a member of our group change location such that we now need to enable video services on a meeting. This requires deleting all future meetings (very tedious to manually go through and select them all to delete), modify a seed meeting and re-clone the event back into the future. This also happened when the Vidyo PIN suddenly needed adding into the event description.

As such a feature in which events can be scheduled to occur on a regular basis following a template that can be easily edited would be greatly appreciated to streamline the process of managing our future meetings and I think could more widely be used by the user base.
