Abstract submitted: notification customization

Dear Indico Support,

I have a question about Abstract Submission in CERN Indico.

Is it possible to configure the conference, so that Track coordinators
automatically receive the e-mail notification, when an abstract is
submitted to their Track ? They should not get notification if the
abstract submitted to another track.

At the general abstract setup, in "Email notification on submission" I
can not put a list, depending on Track.

At the "Reviewing-> Notification templates" I can not specify a
template when abstract is submitted (it is possible to create template
only on Accepted, Rejected, Merged only).
