Actually, the whole uploading-picture feature does not work when Indico relies on more than 1 worker (it is using a local folder to store the pic). see #1176.

For instance for each room picture we upload we need to upload also the thumbnail. It would be nice a way to upload only the picture and generate the thumbnail.
