Cloned alarms subject

Description

If we clone an event that already has an alarm. The alarm in the cloned event is using the wrong date to print out the subject. This is only happening in this page:

​https://indico.cern.ch/confModifTools.py/displayAlarm?confId=XXXX

Once the email is sent the subject is corrected.
