Description
Shall we scan the uploaded files for virus? at least once at downloading time? background?
SLC6 comes with this software (which has an API that could trigger emails or actions on Indico): http://www.clamav.net/lang/en/

There seems to be a CERN-specific service that allows a file to be checked via SOAP-upload.
Maybe a module can be developed that queues files for checking and notifies users/admins if something is found.
