indico/__init__.py file doesn't seem to make it to sdist

Ohh, I found why "python setup.py install" does not work: from the 
cds-indico-0.97b.tar.gz tarball the indico/__init__.py file is missing!

Creating the file and re-running the installation I could get a working 
indico setup.
