Evaluation management tools are badly broken

Description
In the Setup tab, none of the special actions remove submission, remove questions or reinit evaluation performs any action whatsoever. In the Results tab, the remove menu also does nothing. No error message is prompted or logged.
The only working way to reinitialize an evaluation is by removing one by one all the questions.
How to reproduce:
- Create an event
- Create some questions for the evaluation
- Activate the evaluation
- Complete some dummy submissions
- Try to perform any of the actions *NOT WORKING*
