Recording/Webcast request: Issue with unscheduled events

Description

If you make a recording/webcast request for a contribution (or a set of them) and then change said contribution to unscheduled, you'll have a problem, because stuff gets indexed by date in the booking instance index and an unscheduled contrib has no date.
