Tracks and Sessions: add a simplified mechanism to match both organisational units

Another idea (simpler) would be to associate one session to each track. When an abstract is accepted in the track it is automatically assigned to the session. In case an abstract is in 2 tracks, only the first session is assigned.

E.g. we have tracks Splinter A, B, C, ... I and in those splinters we have a session talks (that is split over multiple slots) and we also have a session for posters of all tracks. Yes indeed something along these lines should be implemented. I will add a task for this in our to-do list
