not able to add administrator

Description

I had installed indico using easy_install. After successful installation I register with my emails. After login-in I couldn't add myself to administrator. When I click on 'add Administrator' I am getting infinite "Loading dialog..."

Any help, so that I can add myself to administrator. either from web or indico_shell.
